Liver Disease

Oxidative stress and inflammation play a major role in acute liver (hepatic) injury and liver disease. Various studies have shown that Catechins and epicatechins, found in wild tea, appear to suppress or reduce the severity of liver injury by reducing the inflammatory and oxidative stress.

Wild ancient tea has been shown to contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.  Antioxidants are natural phytochemicals that help the body fight off free radical molecules and prevent diseases.
